UNTIL 10:00 A.M. FOR THE "PROVIDENT HEART RUN" SPONSORED BY PROVIDENT LIFE AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE COMPANY UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized the temporary closing of Vine Street from Georgia Avenue to Palmetto Street, the temporary closing of the southbound lane of Palmetto Street from Vine Street to McCallie Avenue, the temporary closing of the right-hand traffic lane of McCallie Avenue from Palmetto Street to Georgia Avenue, the temporary closing of the right-hand traffic lane of 7th Street from Georgia Avenue to Market Street, the temporary closing of the northbound right-hand traffic lane of Market Street from 7th Street to Frazier Avenue, the temporary closing of the eastbound right-hand traffic lane of Frazier Avenue from Market Street to Barton Avenue, the temporary closing of Tremont Street from Frazier Avenue to River Street, the temporary closing of River Street from Tremont Street to Heritage Landing Drive, the temporary closing of the southbound right-hand traffic lane of the Veteran's Bridge and Georgia Avenue from Frazier Avenue to 5th Street, the temporary closing of 5th Street from Georgia Avenue to Walnut Street, the temporary closing of Walnut Street between 6th Street and 5th Street, and the temporary closing of the northbound parking lane of Georgia Avenue between McCallie Avenue and 5th Street on Saturday, May 9, 1992 from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for the presentation of the "Provident Heart Run" under the sponsorship of the Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company provided that the sponsor shall set out traffic cones, barricades, and warning signs in accordance with the traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an access lane for fire and other emergency vehicles.
